We offer various levels of Outplacement Services:

One-on-One Services

Working directly with a career coach/writer, your employees will receive the following:

  1. New Resume
  2. LinkedIn profile
  3. Cover Letter
  4. Follow Up Letter
  5. 45-minute coaching session at end of materials build to hone in on interview questions, elevator pitch, or use of the LinkedIn profile
  6. Extended coaching add-on services: provide your employees with the benefit of 1, 3 and 6-month additional coaching and consultation services, to help them through the transition, prepare for specific interviews, navigate industry specific challenges and more.

Small Group Services

For a more custom hands-on experience, we work in small groups (no larger than 10/15 for each group) for a full 4-hour session but can space out several days at your location to provide several half-day sessions if needed to help all displaced employees. During this time, we work first with the group then hone in on helping the individuals as quickly as possible with updates to their resumes and LinkedIn, providing onsite feedback and guidance for each participant.

We can arrange a group meeting spot outside of your offices or come to your office conference room to  work with your group, providing overall guidance and best practices on how to develop a hard-hitting resume, a LinkedIn profile that will get traction, cover letters that work, brand leadership ideas to stand out and interview coaching.

Large Group Services

We provide a 2 or 3-hour session for large groups providing a hand-out, presentation and value-filled morning of how to update all of their materials, manage a busy job search, expand their network, and nail the interview. This is a presentation style service with time for Q&A, and we ask participants to bring their laptops to take notes on their own materials throughout the presentation.

We can arrange a group meeting spot outside of your offices or come to your office conference room to work with groups of 3-100, providing overall guidance and best practices on how to develop a hard-hitting resume, a LinkedIn profile that will get traction, cover letters that work, brand leadership ideas to stand out and interview coaching.

We work both ways. It depends on which package works best for your specific needs and the number of participants. But yes, when purchased, we will complete the materials for them as well as show them how to navigate in today’s job search world.

Absolutely we can. We are happy to bring our equipment and set it up to work individually with your employees to help them see what they need to do to better craft their elevator pitch and improve their interview skills.

No, all of our services are prepaid, however we do have a financing option offered through our payment processor, PayPal. You can see more information on this option HERE.

If we are traveling to your office outside of the Madison-Greenbay-Chicago-Milwaukee corridor, yes, we will need airfare and accommodations. In addition, if we are conducting a 2- or more day onsite sessions outside of SE Wisconsin (for instance in Chicago) we will need overnight accommodations. We will rely on you to book the accommodations per your corporate preferences to avoid any additional mark-up for you.
